I just got my first scratch, actually 2 in the same spot. Close to the window on the driverside. The way they are positioned looks like a pocket book did it. I hate women and there pocketbooks swinging around hitting cars.

 

Yeah, the first day I got my XRS I parked it in the mall. When I came back out, there was a 5-8 inch scratch on the drivers side door and rear door. I was ready to kill somebody. It looked like it had been keyed and I remember the car I parked next to was an ugly, old, rusty 1992 honda civic. Haters !!!!!!

 

It happens, now you can stop worrying about getting your first scratch...

 

my first scratch happend on day 2 of ownership. but it happens. the latest scratch was two days ago on friday in houston when a homeless man was begging for money and i said no, so he layed across the hood and started beating the windsheild.. crazy eh? i'm lucky he didn't dent the hood.

 

Anyone know a good how to fix it procedure for fixing scratches or paint chips? I have touch up paint but I don't think its as easy as just painting hehe

 

oh my god, thats scary...there are alot of these homeless ppl at those stoplights! I gotta be careful now! I had never really worried about that since I used to drive a beat up KIA haha!

 

my first scratch/dent was wen i got my frikkkin car from the dealership. i got two minor dents on the hood RAWR

 

my first scratches were on the car when it came off the truck... one on the hood.. one on the drivers door.. one on the hatch... scratches under the door handles.. and on the drivers side the door sill had a huge scratch on the paint and it went even across to the interior plastic... figures... they said they were gonna fix it... buff it out? they ended up scratching is worse and i finally gave up becase each time they said they would fix the scratches they made it worse
