imo:
i suggest injen CAI.
dont get cf stuff.
if you want to spend money get an exhaust that looks/sounds good.

im really not sure on the springs.....i dont wanna go too low cause i live in CT with ____ like speedbumps potholes dirt roads roadkill etc etc so i dont wanna go too low but i dont want a waste of $$$.....and as far as the exhaust....seems a bit pricy for now

you can get them relatively cheap if you shop around. i just ordered myself a magnaflow catback for 392 shipped.
and if you look at it in terms of cost/value, you want to pay 250 for a couple pieces of carbon fiber that dont really do much except change the appearance. the exhaust is actually a good investment imo. nice exterior look, better sound, increased hp and torque (assuming you get catback).

Are you going to install the spring yourself? if not, add another 200 for installation and wheel alignment. And if you get spring, might as well throw in a rear sway bar, some shocks and struts.

dont get stechs get the htechs there perfect with my 18" rims and you'll love them, even when your streets arent perfect, just drive slow around very steep roads/speedbumbs and you'll be fine
