Ok...So.....
I ordered my PowerSlot Rotors from this Company called www.customstreetdesigns.com
I paid the extra $87.40 for 2-day delivery......
Or3edered them on July 1st....actually got them July 9th!!!
It took a week to get my Rotors....I talked to some Manager type guy named Dan...he agreed to refund the Shipping cost....This was about 2weeks ago...
I checked my credit card statement..I was refunded $10.00 WTF!!!
So...I called this Dan guy back...he said "hold-on" and put me on hold..I waited 10mins..he never came back!!!...WTF!!!!
So...I emailed Customer Service about the situtation...we shall see what happens!
What the heck can I do if I never hear from CS???.....

I've heard of a credit card company actually crediting the entire purchase amount back to buyers card until the correct charge amount is determined (i.e agreed to) by the seller.
It's worth a try...especially if the sellers trying to screw you. Credit card companies carry a lot of weight.

Wow... that sucks. He's definitely avoiding you though... especially after refunding that much.
Then again, I would NEVER pay that much for that kind of shipping. Thing is that the "processing" time is usually what slows it down anyways. Two day shipping is useless if it takes them 3 days to process/package/ship your item.

Well if I knew that in the begining!!...i would of never paid the Extra Cash then...Those Scammers even have Overnight delivery......
I will keep on top of theis Dan dude...call him everyday!!!!!
What??
Bro, screw that guy Dan. The minute someone answers the phone ask to speak to a Supervisor or Manager IMMEDIATELY. That other little twerp will keep giving you the runaround.
Tell someone in charge what happened. Then chances are you'll get your money back and you'll get that Dan guy strung up by his underwear.

^^Not true. I just got done dealing with a situation similar to this. All the way up to the owner of the company was corrupt! it took me having to sue them in small claims court to get them to reverse charges of almost 4 grand to a credit card fraudulently opened under my name...
I would contact the credit card company. Deal with it from their end. You'll never get anything from the company it sounds like. Their attitude sounds strangely reminiscent to the company I dealt with. (which ended up going bankrupt and closed their business)

yea! dude, trust. it was a PITA!! almost 2 years. But mine was for a lot more than $77 bucks. And my credit was on the line, cause I was being charged for something I canceled the order for and never received, and sure as hell wasnt going to pay one cent towards it!
The credit card company started reporting nonpayment to credit agencies so on and so fourth... but ended up reversing all late fees, credit reporting and ended up paying me $60 for court filing fees!
