Finally washed/waxed. 08 SW. Johnny Designz Grilles, MB weapon Bronze 18x8, Rays Red Lugs, Lightwerkz 6,000k HID, H-tech drop, ebay "M3" style lip spoiler custom painted by myself. I put M3 in quotes cuz the angle of the lip is not really the same as other M3 lips spoilers I've seen, but that's how the ebay seller labeled it. Waiting to tint TYC tails red, not yet done.

painting the spoiler was the hardest thing so far; learned a lot from doing it once.

eBay seller listed it as M3 style lip spoiler, but it's a little different due to the angle of the lip not being straight up.

it was this one. i sanded the fake cf crap off and went from there.

 

looks nice! what did you use to paint the spoiler?

 

Adhesion promoter, sandable primer, Duplicolor Super White II spray cans, clear coat, then polish.

Painting is freaking hard if you don't know what you're doing. It took me multiple coats and wet sanding problem areas and it still isn't totally perfect, but I'm happy with how it came out.

The white isn't the exact match I was told it would be...but it's not very noticeable. If you go close up in person you can tell it's two different shades though.

btw, Walmart rocks. They always have sales on Meguiar's and Turtle Wax products.

Got them from Discounttiredirect. They give you nice discounts if you call...but I don't have very good things to say about their shipping/packaging being safe.
