So far this year, I've added a sub/amp, 15% 3m tint, a trd rear sway and hotchkis lowering springs. I can't wait to see my car in December. Next up, d3, short ant, hid's and rims. Anything else I should do for 2k8 under my total of $1500

I would do the rims next. Along with the tint, new shoes really make your tC a different (and better) looking beast.

Yea, its on oem shocks. I'll worry about that later. The other tC is a fm that belongs to my sister. Bone stock lol

 

0ok.....the reason i ask is b/c it doesnt seem like you have a drop.....simply beacuse you are on oem shocks.....

 

Get a good set of wheels and tires........they change the car from the stock look to the hot look...........go on..........go do it.........

 

if you saw my car now, you'd definately notice the drop. it seems to get lower and lower by the day. Only a week in and waiting for it to fully settle. I can definately see the difference

 

I have the full TRD drop on mine....i know what you mean....i have notice that as the days go by....my car gets lower....

 

get teins..way better than hotchkis...new rims....get a unique one..not the usual black with chromed lip.. then exhaust get an AGENCY full exhaust damn those are sick..sway bars, struts and camber kit..........

I cant really get to shows cause they are on the weekends and I'm a bartender. I live opposite hours than the normal people. Thanks for the compliments. So if you were me, what kinda rims would you get. I am thinking hyper black 7 spoke or a 5 spoke like enkei evo 5. But I dunno, when I first got my car, I wanted the black with polished lip. Maybe it makes my car tooooo dark. what do ya think

Coming along quite nice...especially like the painted grill - I might have to take on that project myself before the rims I'd look into retrofit h.i.d.'s tht would really set it off besides rims
