WHAT?! nobody likes the audi? I personal would pick that, its the best looking IMO. the s5 has 354 hp and does 0-60 in 5. It would leave all those cars in the dust, even the 335

BMW 1-series. THere wotn be an M1 (BMW has said so) but there will be a twin-turbo 300hp/300 ft-lb 1-series premimum model. I say, if you have the money, go for that. You are a doctor, you deserve to drive a doctor car that can haul

That's not a fair comparison... The 335 is more in line with the A5... The S5's competition would be the M3. Audi's are great too and have their advantages.

I got a question for you guys... how many of you guys and girls who are thinking of trading in the tC on something else, have the tC paid off?

Just curious to see the % of people who roll their cars into other cars.

Not always a bad move if you owe less than it's worth and thankfully for many of the tC's out there that's probably the case.

Stay away from Audi's by the way. Electrical nightmares.

My uncle had an A4 and had nothing but electrical issues. So much that at the end of the warranty he got rid of it and traded it in on a Camry for now as he just wanted something that was reliable..

The S5 is about 15k more than the G37. I could put a whole lot of turbo, suspension, exhaust and brakes on a G for that and blow the doors off the S5 for a comparable price.

I think what you should be asking is, how much luxury do you want in a car, do you prefer sport or touring handling, and what amenities do you like. I stand by the G37 from a reliability, performance and ease of modification point of view. Since the G shares an engine with the Z, there should be a wide array of performance parts available at Nissan, not Mercedes prices. I do think it looks the best of the bunch as well, not like a dressed up Volkswagon, a dressed down M-series, or like it's only made to sit in your garage or valet parking.

I realize you may be able to afford more but I believe in the value of a product, not the price, and there doesn't seem to be a comparable improvement in value to justify the sticker on the Mercedes or Audi. For the Audi, i would see the TT 3.2 as in-line with the G37 and M1, plus it has AWD. The C-series just seems so boring and all the Mercedes look the same.

Edit: Have you checked any forums for Infiniti, BMW or Audi? You could probably get more useful information there from people who actually own the cars you're interested in, SL seems in many ways to be a popularity contest when it comes to these fantasy for some what's your next car posts.

It wouldn't leave the 335i equipped with a paddle-shifter (I'm seeing 4.9 to 60mph with that one everywhere), much less this one.

They're really not in the same price bracket man. G37 is clocking in at what, 32-38? The new M3 is gonna be in the low 60's.
