its not a scratch...the bumper just smudge itself on it, its about 3 to 4 in long and 1 to 1.5 inch width. I felt it and there was no scratch to the body just paint from the bumper

We would need a pic. Because understanding you it is hard do to. Also just go to your local body shop and ask what they would recommend.

If it's not a lot of paint transfer from the other car just try a good wax paste, and apply a fair amount of pressure when putting the wax on and it should come off.

try going to your local scion dealer and ask for a bottle of "the treatment". When I bought my tc, I had the environmental paint protection done and they gave me a bottle of it free. It 's great for taking off sap, road tar, and smudges. If this doesn't help, then you will have to have it buffed out. Good luck!

Don't use wax to take it off. Use a clay bar, it will come off with a breeze, just read the instructions on how to use it. You can get a clay bar made by meguires for about 15 bucks at pep boys.

Time consuming way...3M rubbing compound (local atuoparts store) then a polish of your choice.

Easy way...get some laquer thinner put a small amount on a rag and wipe it off.

I paint cars for a living and if you brough it to my shop that's exactly what I would do, well that and charge you for an hours labor

Well if you can feel the scratch with your fingernail that usually means that you need to do a little wetsanding. You'll need 2000grit paper, rubbing compound, and polishing glaze.

Compound: http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3...te?linkid=00hp (Perfect-it III Extra Cut Rubbing compound)
Glaze: http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Where-To-Buy/Corporate?linkid=00hphttp://(Perfect-it Foam Polishing Pa...epboys/ etc...
