I want to lower it but don't know if I should uses coil overs or lowering springs can some one help

Depends on your budget, and how much you want to lower it. Basicaly, springs are less expensive, but the height is fixed. With coilovers, the height is adjustable.

Well you need a bigger budget my friend. Springs good quality springs are gonna run ya about 215+ and don't forget to add in shipping cost usually 20-30 bucks unless you can hit a website with a sale. I think trdsparks.com has TRD springs for like 215 bucks and they also carry eibach both or good, but only get about 1.5/1.7 in the front and 2.3/2.5 in drop in the rear. Coilovers that I have seen are going to run you about 800+ but you are getting the entire spring, shock, and it is adjustable for your preference of height. These usually will lower a car from stock height to about 3-4 inches all around depends on which set you go with. I hope this kinda helps explain why the coil overs are more expensive than lowering springs. I'm sure some others will chime in and tell ya some other places to go that may have some lower prices than what I have said not sure though.

 

Used springs until you can afford coilovers or get tired of low-ness and switch back to stock.
