Welcome to ScionLife (hope it doesn’t need to be changed to ToyotaLife). You’ll find some interesting and helpful things on here.


A couple of tips….
1) “search” button. Try it first when you have a question, it keeps down on the number of multiple threads. It’s getting pretty busy, so “search” tends to bring up hundreds of useless links that take forever to go through. If you can’t find it within a reasonable time, then post your topic.

And for those that automatically post “duh, search button” because they know it exists somewhere, why not just post the link if it is that easy to find.

MODERATORS – maybe an alternate forum where people can post a quick question “where can I find *.*?”, and get a response from a human instead of a “keyword search”, then have the topic automatically deleted after a certain time frame?

2) Check out the “features > tech” links at the top of the page. Many useful threads in there for mods. Contrary to some people’s opinions, OEM installations (as well as aftermarket), LEDs, this that or whatever, ARE MODS. If it ain’t stock, then it’s modified.

3) Be polite. If you have nothing nice to say, don’t say anything. Constructive criticism is alright, sometimes that’s why people start a topic. Just shy away from calling people (or their ideas) stupid just because you don’t like what they did.

Not everyone has the same bankroll, skills, or preferences. It’s what they do with what they can to make it Custom the way they like it. If they are proud enough of their effort to post their results to thousands of strangers, then let them have their pride. That’s why we are here on S.L. (refer to tip #4)

4) Have fun. That’s what ScionLife is here for. And in order for this to happen for others, please refer back to tip #3.

for everybody that wants the toyota emblems, the Front one with Part Number 75311-02110 and the rear toyota emblem is off of the 05-presnt corolla.

 

ummm r the 04 and 05 corollas the same? i found a brand new one on ebay...

They are probably just using the basic Toyota key...

My girlfriend has an 07 Camry LE and that is the same key layout as hers.

The button that hasn't been punched out is for the trunk release...

I agree, it's not very nice as a Scion key with that missing button...

I thought he said everything was stock. I'm assuming he put the Toyota badges on himself, and why?

 

hello, everything is pretty much stock in the car except a amp and sub and toyota emblems and alarm with remote start, and S2K Antenna, these are nothing special so the car is considered stock. the reason why i changed out the emblems was because toyota represents the main make and toyota is cool.

 

ohh snap i counted 3 toyota logos i like em i painted my scion on the back black with a coat of clear coat
