You won't regret the upgrade. Toyota>Chevy with FWDs. My cousin has a '05 Cobalt and so far she has had the PS go out on her, key seized in the ignition, and the car had issues of dying at it's own leisure. I understand there were recalls and repairs made, and lately she hasn't had any issues that I know of. My sister's '04 Cavalier(as you know the same powertrain as the cobalt) has been fairly problem free except the entire interior rattles and it has a few interior electrical issues.
