so i kinda feel dumb asking this question but on a '05 scion tc the brake light strip on the rear of the car... should the entire thing illuminate or just the center. not sure if the bulbs are out or if it supposed to be that way. thanks!

As far as the Third Brake Light (TBL) It was made like that stock.

It can be modded to match the same quality LED's with the same manufacture.

And the end result is this!

 

Just the center is supposed to light up, about a 6" strip.
