We finally started mapping out our wheels to go with the Wide Body Kit.
These are 19x8.5 Racing Hart CR's in Graphite w/ polished lip. Custom ordered,
they came off a wide body Celica so we could see what we would be working with.







We plan to either go with different Racing Harts, or custom built DPE's at this point.
Custom paint and turbo will follow later this year.
The car is not lowered at all, JIC is working on one of their FLTA coilover systems
for the car.

 

I'd say a small lowering like the TRD's would be nice. Honestly the wheels look great at that size, however the rest of the car is a tad too high off the ground (For a show car). Coilovers will be perfect.

looks good, the transition from the paint to carbon fiber throws me off though

i thought it had a carbon fiber trunk too...maybe that was another car that looked just like it

 

Wes's car from Hotchkis has the same kit with the trunk in carbon. His car is Black, Mine is Flint.

 

I can't say I care for the back, but the front is terrific.

 

i like that 8 piece kit... thought about getting it... but im not sure yet! when you paint are you going to paint the carbon fiber too? or whats the custom job going to be?

The fenders will be molded in when the car is painted. At that point final adjustments on the kit will be made to fit flush, and the body will be painted either a new color or a two tone, with the paint line coming down partially over the flares. Some of the carbon will still be exposed either way.

 

That is sweet. I love the kit and the wheels. Do you have any bronze wheels? See what they would look like on the FM for me
