thanks dakine! yea i posted up somethin about gettin these rims and 05trdtc comes up and says somethin about me copyin him. lmao he was jokin though. i had no idea somebody else already had the idea before me. i like his carbon fiber hood. i think it looks good on silver. thought about gettin me one as well as a carbon fiber lip kit.

thats hans. csm is the best color HANDS DOWN. haha jk im actually a SW fan. if i ever get another TC im gettin SW for sure.

 

i actually wanted to get a SW at first, but they didn't have a single SW Spec in the tri-state area so I was like F-it. CSM it is. In the end I am glad tho. Seems like alot less needs to be done to a CSM to make it look clean. altho SW does look BA hooked up.

 

yea i guess youre right about that. it also doesnt show dirt as bad. which is a major plus. i like superwhite because it hardly shows scratches and swirl marks. i could NEVER EVER own a black car.

 

haha. That's what I always thought. Problem is if you get a deep scratch in your bumper, or anything plastic, it comes out black. and guess what. The one major scratch I get. is. you guessed it

on my bumper still havn't gotten it fixed properly. don't feel like dishin out what will prolly be like 300 bucks to fix it. Anyway. sorry for thread jackin, back on topic.

 

idc about a threadjack this threads not important. yea 300 bucks id def not worth it to fix that. i have an almost identical kindof scratch on my front bumper below my left headlight. im guessin its a rock chip.

yea some guy at school parked a wee bit close to me. Not sure if I tapped him as I was pulling out or if he tapped me as he was pulling in, but its not sooooo bad anymore. I filled it up with some touch up paint, still not smooth cuz I get lazy and never bothered finishing it That was actually my first major scratch on the car so I was pretty pist, now my cars got so many scratchs i learned to careless. Gotta love being dropped haha.

I do like those rims tho. I was actually thinkin about gettin myself some Konig Crosshairs or a Nice set of Enkies. Not sure tho.

 

yea ive got quite a few scratches now especially under the front bumper. and all i have is the turd drop. i got my rims for only 150 each from edgeracing. normally 210 each. i like the crosshairs alright but you cant go wrong with a nice set of enkeis on a toyota. theyre made for each other! haha

looks good mate, i got a question tho, but don't laugh i know i'm a noob, can you get tires with a profile of 35 for any 18" rim? cuz i got 225 40 18, and the tires look to thick, so what does it depend on?

 

i dont think my tires would fit a 8 inch wide rim. just a 7 and a half. i think my tire would be better suited for a 7 inch wide rim. theyre a little stretched i think. you can do it, the tires just arent as common and probably more expensive. also they dont protect your rims as good.
