Default new to the site

New to the site, just wanted to post my ride and see what everyone thinks. I bought my tc about two months ago and it was basically stock its a 2007 nautical blue 5 spd. Mods include, painted interior, blue leds in vents/cupholders, in dash dvd player, tinted windows, had tinted tails (too dark) swapped them for 09 tails, greddy strut tower bar (not sure of brand was on the car when I bought it), aem cai, had greddy muffler, swapped out for full megan exhaust minus headers, fig grill, debadged rear emblem, s2k antenna, door handle overlays, twm stage 2 short shifter, racing steering wheel w/quick release, seibon carbon fiber v2II, rims and tires, and I think thats it for now. Today I'm working on installing an oem spoiler and some new brakes and painted calipers. I'm working on getting some pics posted but I'm new to the whole image hosting thing so if anyone can point me in the right direction I'll get some up tomorrow.

Welcome. For pics you need to upload them to an image host first like Photobucket or Imageshack. Then you paste the link it generates with the IMG tags into your post.

go back to the stock wheels or get different ones, those are ugly. go back to the blacked out tails, the 08's look bad on that color.

the interior looks good tho!

I like the wheels otherwise I wouldnt have bought them in the first place. And I liked the way the tinted tails looked better but they weren't very functional and were a ticket waiting to happen.

wheels: burn them with fire
tails: go back to tinted one
Lower it.

good to go!

Welcome to the life.

eh, i have some negative and positive comments.

Negative: you downgraded your exhaust. pot holes or not it needs to be lowered... even if it's just TRD springs. i would install your old tails and frame the ticket. the fake CF door handle overlays have to go... and the wheel/tire combo looks horrendous...

but on a more positive note, i do like what you've done to the interior; the wheel/quick release looks good, short shifters are always a plus, and i like the color-matched interior. Also your engine bay looks pretty good.

keep up the good work and welcome to SL!

welcome to scionlife. like the interior except for the carpet and put the radio door back on even if you have to leave it in the open position. get 05' tails and hit up bluebatmobile for tint overlays. not diggin the rims but if you like it thats what matters. sticker on the door handle must go. and the engine cover came out really good.

I never cared for the sound of the greddy muffler (it was just the muffler no pipes) it sounded like garbage the megan has a much deeper tone to it, I was actually trying to figure out ways ppl used to fill the gap in the radio opening, I tried leaving the door on but there isnt any clearance for it.

^well at least get a heat shield if you're going to continue to run that exhaust. it will burn your bumper.
