New Tsudo Fireball Exhaust for 09 tC
Wsup guys. After going through all the difficulties
trying to get the dam stock exhaust out, I finally installed
my Tsudo with some help at autoshops. Yes, autoshops.
There were 2 major problems.
1. Exhaust was touching the bumper, which actually slightly melted my bottom bumper b/c I had to travel to hacienda from LA after it was installed in a autoshop
2. Leakage. Gasket did NOT fit
I took it to the autoshop that was owned by the place I bought my exhaust from (speed-element) and they actually had to cut the pipe, so that it did not create a leak. The gasket did not fit so i had to use the stock.
I'm just sort of ____ed off that my bumper got melted a little. Too bad iss something that I can't fix. Gotta paint it or something.
Sound, however, is pretty nice. Much louder than I thought. I can't imagine with you guys having a header and a catback. Probably 100x louder than mine.
Fitment: 2 out of 5
Sound: 4 out of 5
Size/Shape (JDM): 4 out of 5
don't worry about the background sound. Neighbors doin some work
well there it is. but need some dam paint to do something about that.
anyone know where i can get some?
You guys can see they needed to cut it and all the stuff. Good that the guys
paid for the installation process

That sucks about the melted plastic there... if the exhaust didn't kick to the side and came straight back you wouldn't have had that issue.
instead of replacing the entire thing or trying to patch something in... check this out... this one is on an EVO but there are companies that make ones for the tC that look very similar to this.

They are real carbon fiber.... I had one on my 06 tC and liked it...and the cost wasn't bad at all considering it was actual carbon fiber.
and the exhaust heat shield may completely cover the damage itself.
