I say suspension mods first coz that's what I did. Get the TRD front strut and rear swar bars! You'll feel a more obvious improvement

no its actually quickshift....the shifter isn't smaller, just the throws are. ask sw_08.

I say get the TWM STAGE II or the DOC I shifter if you want a short one. Otherwise, get the sway and strut bars.

Wouldn't quickshifter refer to the speed of your shifting and short shifter refer to both the height and distance between shift gears? Just a thought. Either way I'd go with the sways and strut bar.

I love the stock shifter height, but would appreciate a shorter throw.....

well all trd cuz the warrenty, except the CAI i would just run an injen....w/ a BPV. but im a huge evo fan, so i like being able to take tight turns, so im feelin the sway and strut

Don't forget to drop it too (aka lowering springs & struts/shocks); unlike me, I keep "forgetting" to drop mine

I'll do it, eventually.

Definitely a shifter! Whether you want a short shifter or just smaller throws, a new shifter will make a huge difference. The stock throws feel like you are rowing a boat, haha.
