Default No more tC :(

So, im no longer a tC owner.
My car was repo'd the other night because I got backed up on my payments.
Toyota financial isnt offering me the option to catch up to get it back either.
I have to pay the FULL amount, or it goes up for auction

I'm sorry to hear that. I'd be worried more about your credit though rather than the car. It is very hard to get a loan on a car from the bank after a repo. Well good luck.

No offense, but in your SIG you offer people $720 a day. How could YOU not afford car payments? lol.

If you are that backed up, I reccomend letting it go and focusing on a cheap used car while you catch up all of your bills and get your credit going again. Sorry to hear about the car, it happens to many and is not fun at all.

At least you had the decency to call yourself a
But, as others pointed out - it's time to change your sig.
I'd say to go ask your parents for some help, but at 29, it may be kinda lame.
I would try to get some help - you don't want to fuggup your credit - it will haunt you for a long time.

Good luck,
Scott

ok ok, all sarcastic comments aside.
If you people must pass judgement...
The company I was working for went under. As in, I came into work one day and the owner said...were closing up shop, and I cant even afford to pay your severance.
ALOT of things got backed up and honestly....the car payment was the last thing on my mind as I heard more things then that going on....next thing you know, im 3 payments behind and theyre in my driveway towing the car.
I called the next day and told them I had the money and in fact, I could pay that AND 3 months ahead too...
They said theyd accept it, however...they cant promise me theyll give me my car back because PA law states that once a contract goes into default, it becomes "accelerated" which means I have to pay it off completely or it hits the auction.
A final decision hasnt been made yet. Im supposed to hear from them on Tues...so, we'll see.
From what the woman in the repo dept said , their position is that theyre not giving it back, because they cant....so, who knows...maybe ill go to the auction myself and buy it

That's crap man! If you can get caught up AND pay in advance, they should take it. I'm not sure about PA law, but that sounds like BS to me.

Nobody passing judgement - but your sig set you up for the mocking.
It's not funny, and I'm sorry that it happened to you.

Sorry to hear about the car. These things happen. Just make sure you fix your credit since that is the only thing people see when need it again. Hopefully they let you pay the back payments and pay ahead to get it back.

That sucks. Hope it all works out. I had something similar happen to me but it was not enitrely my fault. My dads wife co-signed for me and then not even a year later filed of bankruptcy and they came and took my car. It took forever to get it all worked out but it got done.

You need to watch yourself before you type out what you think you know.
First of all..I never spammed anyone with any "pyramid scheme"
In fact, I never made any mention of the program youre referring too.
Second of all...its not a pyramid scheme. Ive been involved with this ADVERTISING program for months now.
If it was a pyramid, id be asking for people to join. I dont, because its not. Im making money just fine without people joining. I dont need people to join. Its not MLM.
If people want to know more, theyre free to ask me about it.
And second of all....What im making in this program has no bearing what so ever in events in my life and how they occured.
I have the money I owe, plus an extra 3 months im willing to give them.
Their is nothing more to be blamed here except MY OWN IRRESPONCIBILITY.
And if anyone else has any snide comments to make about this "pyramid scheme", feel free to PM and i'll provide you with screen shots of my payouts.
