Hi guys. I just got my oil changed and the guy didn't reset the light. It is a 2005 tC with 64000 miles. I tried following the book and it didn't work. This is what I did so far:

1. Turn car off
2. Turn key to off position
3. Press odometer and hold
4. Turn key to on position (no start car)
5. The dial on odometer then reads some 'error code'
6. The maintenance light remains.

What am I doing wrong guys? I need help! :D

 

Is your Odometer actually set to ODO or is it on one of the Trips? You need it set to ODO initially... then hold it in and turn to ON.

 

Thanks man! It was set to trip A. I tried trip B but that didn't work either. I guess I should try the ODO lol. :D
