These first pics are from a Canon SD630 I bought my dad for Christmas. I tested it out on my gauges I just fixed and a couple of pictures around my house. The last photo is my friends Rebel XTi, I love that camera.

I'm a little bored you can see. I've been stuck inside because of all the sleet Oklahoma is covered in. Cabin fever is at a high. I atleast had time to do some donuts in my friends WRX yesterday. I hope you guys enjoy the pics.

I wish it was snow too, but its not. It's a pure slab of ice that formed from sleet.

what settings do you have on it? I currently have the SD600 (same thing, your just have a bigger LCD). I hope to be getting the SD900 for my bday?

 

Settings were ISO 100, no flash, 10 second delay, 6-8sec shutter speed, and thats all I can remember. Tripod too

That would be fore the sd630, I'm not sure what the XTi's settings were. I wasn't present when my friend took that picture.

 

exposure was a little much (eyes the overexposed areas around the light fixtures) but overall, nice pictures from a P+S

 

What can I say, I'm a camera noob. I've only had the camera for about two weeks. This would be my first time playing with it. I can't wait until it gets warm so I can through my gold wheels back on and do a photoshoot. I'm impressed so far from this camera. It was a huge upgrade from my SD100

House is valued around 300K I think. My house is small compared to the 2.2 mill houses in the back of the neighborhood. And thanks for the compliments guys.

 

Dont feel bad.. I am looking to buy a house here this summer... 250k is about the bottom of what I will be looking at and it wont be NEAR what your family has. I do miss OK for that part.. In my home town I could have bought somthing touching the lake for what a normal house would go for here.

But, we are at least getting some snow tonight, only about an inch so far.

Funny you mention the SD100, I went from my SD200 (which was a trooper of a camera by the way.. 7000 pics or so, been dropped off a balcony onto a tile floor, filled with beer once and still shoots like new) to my 630!
