Old Racing Harts c2 3-PIECE RIMS 18-$800

Is it worth it to get this 18 inch c2 racing harts 3-piece fixed for $800 dollars? Does anyone think they look nice? Silver Tc Philadelphia 3000 miles

Thats a good deal, if they fit. What are the widths, bolt pattern, offset?
