Wait, so did the collision occur in the left turn lane or after you had already turned left? If you had already made your turn, which lane were you in, or was there only one lane?

Not saying that this is the case, but lane position is important for reasons such as this--most people take their left turns too wide and end up in the wrong lane, which should legally put them at fault for any collisions.

no i was going to make a left. and when i got on the turning lane was when she came out and i hit her but since she didnt wait to see if anyone was coming and just went it she was the one at fault.

no not totaled... yes it prolly her fault.. do you have any witnesses besides your friend.. does she?? did she admit fault to the police.. were they called?? reason I ask is because if she fights it.. then it turns into he said she said.. and your insurance and her insurance will be going at it.. or you will be going at it with her insurance.. in the end just a long time before you get your car fixed.. and remember.. if she a cited.. the insurance company.. (hers) has 60 days to respond and react.. remember that when you are talking with them..

a cop saw everything so as soon as the accident happened he just pulled over and a guy who saw everything stopped for a few minuets and talked to the cop which i really appreciate because there was a lot of traffic there and no one had stopped to say anything. even if there wasnt a witness or not like i said before a cop saw everything so its all cool. the funny thing is that she wanted the cop to think that im the one who was at fault by screaming on her cell phone, cuz she was talking to her boyfriend, that i was speeding and i wasnt paying attention and the cop was like yea its not your fault so dont worry. i was like hell yea. but the car is banged. i was the first person in lee county florida to have a 08 tc and im the first to crash one. aint that a b!tch. lol.

Default wow

in most states you are required to yeild to traffic already on the street when entering from a driveway weather a business or residence even if the person on the street is doing some thing wrong. you made it sound as if she pulled out from a drivway????

I got rear ended about two weeks ago in my tC, and it has been in the shop since, i should get mine back by October 1st but it has been very sad. 6000$ in damage. It really does suck when people just don't pay attention, the guy hit me while i was sitting at a red light.

The best part of it was that he was driving an Aston Martin....dummy

looks like cosmetic damage for the most part. replacement fender, radiator support, front bumper, headlight, and some other misc parts and you're good as new! request a money settlement from her insurance and put it towards a new mod!!! arent accidents great?
