Default Opinions needed!!!!!

Alright guys... I wouldnt be asking if I didnt have mixed feelings about the topic. I just bought my pedestal Spoiler, (which looks pretty cool), and I installed it yesterday. Color = Azure Pearl....(I'll put up pics when I get a chance).. anyway, the question is this.

I've already ordered my carbon fiber hood, and in the not too distant future, I will be getting my carbon fiber truck... (I think the combo looks pretty sweet!)

What are your opinions on installing a pedestal spoiler color matched to the car on a carbon fiber truck?

Basically, the carbon fiber hood and truck with the windows are gonna look like one big racing stripe down the middle of the car. I think the spoiler will actually accent the original color of the car.

What do you guys think... Asking for well thoughout opinions here.

Thanks,

I think you mean "Should you install a color matched spoiler to a carbon fiber trunk?"

You should probably also specify whether you mean color-matched to the CF or color-matched to the rest of the car.

I would pass on the spoiler if you're really planning to get a cf trunk

A guy has to be passionate about something, right?

Anyways... yes... IMO, it will look terrible AND you don't want to be drilling into that nice trunk.

Go for it if that's your style, then sit down and have a warm bowl of RICE.

^^^^

I personally think if your going CF hood, and CF trunk to get that complete center of the car black look, DO NOT go with a spoiler. You dont want to rice out your car with a CF (black) trunk and a AP BLUE spoiler. DONT GO drilling into such a nice trunk.

i say buy the pedestal and put carbon fiber stickers on it so it matches. the carbon fiber hood and hatch hasn't been played out enough.

apparently, you bought the hatch to lose some weight but you're thinking of adding that weight back with a pedestal spoiler. i think you better put on a carbon fiber sticker overlay to negate the weight of that spoiler otherwise it's gonna look like you added carbon fiber because of how it looks.

I think if you are ordering the CF trunk ditch the spolier unless you comes across one that matches. I think it will look horrid with a body colored spoiler on a CF piece.
