Not in my opinion. I personally don't like the look at all and I doubt it adds much downforce, which isn't as important in a stock front-wheel drive car anyway.

You need to think about your personal tastes and take into account where, when, and how you drive. When I bought mine I realized that I was on a limited budget so I could only go with a few things. I live in NW Florida and certain times of the year it gets foggy as a **** so I went with the fog lights. Gotta have floor mats so I got those. And since I do most of my driving at night and am easily amused I went with the blue interior LEDs. I was considering leather interior, but as I said I live in Florida and didn't want to sit on molten hot, sticky black leather that cost $1000. I wanted to get the TRD springs and struts but, budget being what it was I decided to save that for later, since I've got friends who can help me put them on for a lot cheaper than the dealer would charge. Same thing for the short shifter.

Subwoofer's decent if you want an easy solution to getting a little thump in your car, but there are many aftermarket options. And depending on your desire for performance you may be able to pre-order a supercharger, though it may never actually come out. I still want one actually because I paid extra for the 6-year warranty, so no turbos for me for a loooong time, :D

exactly!

I got the TRD exhaust, Scion Security, Auto Dimming Mirror, Fog Lights, and interior lights. That was what I wanted and I'm still happy!

My options were easy. I just picked the ones I thought would be difficult for me to do on my own. The tC comes packed as it is, so I didn't have to get much. I prefer the Rear Lip over the Pedestal Spoiler. The Rear Lip just flows with the clean lines of the tC. The Pedestal looks kinda out of place on a STOCK tC. Just be sure to get the iPod capability with your stereo! I wish they would have had that option on the '05s! Also, get the tC that YOU want! Dealers are adding all kinds of junk (IMO) accessories to the ones on the lot. You may have to wait a (LONG) while for your tC, but it will be YOUR tC and definitely worth it!

$300 just to open the garage door is a bit expensive. I just got a $10 cheap universal garage door opener, soldered 2 wires onto the contacts, and hooked them up to a radio shack switch and mounted it in on of those expansion slots next to the sideview mirror controls. The little garage door opener box is hidden behind the dash. Looks clean, is functional, and doesn't cost $300. As far as the auto-dimming function, it may be nice, but once again, it seems more like something to show off to people as a cool gadget. I can just flip that little toggle and do it manually. Only takes a second & its free
