Owned my car 11 months and just discovered...
the arm rest splits open to reveal a smaller hidden compartment. Anyone else not know this? I opened the arm rest for the regular large compartment when I heard a strange noise... I thought my armrest broke into two pieces... but much to my surprise... I new space!
I was the opposite at first. Found the small one and thought it was a stupid attempt at storage. Shifted my weight too hard in the seat, heard a pop and discovered the big one.
lol
lol
i found it the day we first looked at a car.
i used to work at a dealership explaining features, buttons, and all that junk to people after they bought their cars, so im used to looking for and finding all sorts of "hidden" stuff in cars. among other things, good luck finding the gas cap release on a honda S2000 if you dont know where it is.

I was surprised to find that extra 12v outlet in the big compartment.. I'd hear referrences to an extra 12v outlet on forums but i could never find it.. until I was pulling my cellphone out of the compartment and my finger rubbed against the outlet.. i was like "oOoooooohh
" yea, some cars have their unique little tricks and doohickeys.. like for the 350z, to put it in reverse you have to push down on the stick.. I guess it was a safety feature to keep people from accidentally shifting into Reverse from 5th

Anyway, the first time she went for gas, not only did she not know where the filler neck was, neither did the young station attendant.
You tell me where the Honda's is, and I'll let you in on the Eagle's
