The answer is yes.

However, the only reason one would buy this is to ease the burn that their car is automatic when really they yearn for a manual. It's a tad pathetic. The lesson here: Buy a manual.

Agreed^^. You are trying to do brain surgery on an extremely slow car that only has 4 gears in automatic form.....it's a recipe for disappointment. For the $550 it costs for the part, as well as whatever labor costs are involved, you are much better off spending the money on some bolt-ons or a stereo upgrade.
