Okay...SO I rolled into the shop on pst around 1130ish. Found out they actually opened at 9am this morning...Strike one. Got my bay, and started going to town. Got the stock exhaust manifold and exhaust off with little trouble. The bracket on the stock manifold was a _____ and a half, but finally got it. Hung the new exhaust and just put the bolts in to hold it. Went to put the Megan racing header on. Could not get the O2 sensor off the stock manifold. Period. Tried everything. Wrench. Special socket for O2 sensors. Vice with wrench and hammer. Nada...Stirke 2. Whatever. Threw the stock manifold back on till I can get a new O2 sensor or 2. Tried to bolt up the exhaust to the S-Pipe. That also wasn't working. The flange on the Skunk2 exhaust is just a touch smaller then the one on the stock S-Pipe. Not gonna bolt up. Strike 3.
So after 4 and a half hours of work, I've got nothing to show for it. Didn't even touch the suspension. Don't really feel like going back tomorrow to do it. Might just get drunk instead...

Winter installs always seem to have unseen glitches.Add the cold, less daylight and such it is always tough.
I am on nearly a month now and still only have my hatch suede in.......too cold dark and snowey and rainy....sucks
hang in there........the parts will go in.

Did you use some wd-40 (you probably would need a whole can) or a torch to heat around the o2 sensor? It's not going to come off unless you apply something on it because its more than likely rusted.

They got the auto skills center here on post, Ft Riley. They got tons of bays, lifts, special tools. It's indoors. It's really nice.
Yeah, I spread the **** out of the O2 sensor with WD-40. Just wouldn't budge. I'm gonna suck it up and get 2 new O2 sensors for that and the Invidia S-Pipe I just ordered so in case I need to throw in the stock ones, it just plug and play.
