Default Passanger window not being able to be controlled??

So the other day, I took off my door panels to install some speaker mounts. everything went okay as far as i knew, and I don't remember running into any wiring issues. When I went to go put the panel back on however, I realized that the window lever/switch box on the passenger door fell out. What i mean by the box is the white, plastic box that has the up/down lever on top, and the insert for the wiring clip on the bottom. The white box is held in by two black clips on the door, and one of them snapped. I glued it back together, and I didn't think anything more of it. So i replaced all the wiring clips and popped both doors back on.

Problem:
I can't control the passanger door window from the driver side. I can lock the doors, and lock the windows, but i cant move it up or down. but it does work on the passanger side.

And, on the passenger side up/down switch, the green light constantly blinks instead of staying on.

Any suggestions??? or do you think warranty would cover it? I would assume not since it was probably something I did.

Thanks!

sorry! I thought of that but then I thought you had to reset the windows if you unplugged your battery, so I thought that would only make it worse.

thanks

he is so rite! if you disconnect your battery for some hours it takes a while for you to be able to power the passenger window from the driver side. it took mine 2 days and then it was back to normal.

the only thing I can think of is one of the wires in the clip came loose. cause everything else works, and I didn't touch any other wires besides the ones in the cluster

ok before u disconnect ur battery do this, go to ur passanger window switch roll it down 1/4 to 1/2 then roll it back up and hold that switch in that position for a couple seconds. so lift up the switch all the way (window should roll up) and when it hits the top and stop dont et go just hold the button up for a couple seconds. hope that makes sense. if u disconnect ur battery ur gonna have to do this hole thing to each window plus ur sun roof.
