Thats one retarded cat. It sees a car speeding towards it and it takes its time crossing the street. It deserves death. If i was in your situation, i would have put the car in reverse and ran it over again, to make sure the piece of shiit is dead. I would have stuft the ladys mouth with my ****, to shut the b*tch up.

wow.... you shouldnt say anything at the owner to begin with... i hit a possum a month ago, and i was filled with joy! "yes! one down, more to go!" hopefully another one comes by and this time is from the tires, not in the middle of the car.

.....destroy all possums.....

It says in the DMV manual that if it is unsafe to swerve to avoid an animal, i.e. into oncoming traffic, you run the animal over.

Harsh, but true. And it makes sense.

It's been said before in this thread, but it's your neighbor's own damn fault for letting her cat wander around on the street.

I would feel bad too, but it's not your fault.

he said he kept going hoping that it'd stop. there have been plenty of times i've safely avoided animals in my path, including humans, and other cars. you apply your breaks. no you dont slam on them, you just come to a stop if you see the dumb thing in front of you is too stupid to move. i dont suggest coming to a stop on the highway. if he was on the highway that's different. the guy was in his gf's neighborhood, which is a 25 mph speed limit. which is plenty of time to slow down. i'm not saying to be sensitive to animals, just that if you clearly see it, like he did, and assumed that the cat was going to move, then you made the wrong assumption. i actually would like to see his ___ taken to court, and see the outcome.

anthonie: uh judge yea i saw the damn thing going across the street, but i made no attempts at missing it, i always assume things in front of me would move out of my way, afterall, i am the center of the world, and anything that gets in my path is going to get hit right?

judge: you're right kid. In fact let's make a new law that states everything within 50 feet of you is a violation.

anthonie: thanks judge. did you still want that pot, it's 40 dollars a bag.

judge: that better be some good sh*t, not that bunk sh*t you sold me last time.

anthonie: dont worry judge, i killed a cat to get this sh*t.

and any car can go fast enough to kill at cat... "zomg guys, scions arent even fast, they cant kill cats" wtf are you trying to say, scions are fast... fast enough to kill, you arent riding a ____ing tricycle here... so to the original poster, you are a moron and should watch the road next time you drive. you are operating a piece of machinery that can kill, but it is ovbiously apparent to all of the sane minded people that you should not be operating it.

edit: oh yah, pics of dead cat plz

you sir, are an idiot. it is a proven fact that mcdonalds is a direct cause of the obesity in america. it is also a proven fact that terrorism causes more deaths in a day than car crashes in a year. so i suggest you get your facts straight before you ever come back on the internet again.

Coming from you... I believe you are actually serious about the mcdonalds thing.

The lady is a dipsh!t, and comparing terrorism to car crashes is the most invalid comparison I have ever heard. How many cars per capita are there in most third world countries, where terrorism is a daily occurrence??? I seriously hope you are joking with those dime store statistics... but with the other posts I have seen you make I am doubtful

umm... those arent "dime store" statistics, they are factual statistics based on many observational studies by esteemed statisticians around the world.

Seems you missed my point mike.... you can find statistics to "prove" anything. Again, terrorism occurs in every country and occurs in huge amounts in third world and under industrialized countries..... now... automobile accidents occur in MUCH larger numbers where??? In places with higher concentrations of vehicles... so comparing deaths due to terrorism to deaths due to automobile crashes is about as ridiculous as comparing deaths due to automobile crashes to death by stabbing ones self with a butter knife. In other words, they are in-comparable statistics that any statistician with common sense would never compare. A high percentage of rock stars die in airplane crashes... so this must mean that airplanes have a vengence for rock stars huh??? Or maybe the probability of them dying in an airplane is higher since they fly constantly???? Wow... I think we are onto something here.

And I am sorry... but McDonalds has never made ONE person obese... ever... and never will. McDonalds does not force feed hamburgers and fries to people. People chose to eat what they want... and anyone who thinks the restaurant is at fault is as dumb as the woman who sued because she placed a hot cup of coffee in her lap and burned herself. People who expect others to pay for thier own negligence and stupidity (as well as those who agree with this nonsense) are nothing but spineless leeches on society who need to stop wasting the rest of our air by breathing.

What do you mean "I'm not saying be sensitive to animals"? That is pretty much all you are saying except for the rambling stuff. j/k

I know you meant to make a valid point about driving with disregard for what may be in your path. But i suggest you re-read what you wrote. A political argument that brings in unrelated facts is something the religious right does. And to be honest, you do not appear to be either religious or right. j/k

Basically, and correct me if I'm wrong, in your artistic and well written scenario, the driver who killed a cat because he was a thoughtless d*ck, appeared before a judge and "got off" because the judge had bought some "bud" from him in the past. The judge, apparently aware he is a cat killer, admonished him that his new weed better be "better be some good s..."

Our bad guy basically stated it was, but it cost some cats their lives.

DarkApathy, no cat should die because a judge smokes marijuana...no one is saying that.

god i love this stuff.

^ i wasnt suggesting the kid smokes mary jane, nor the judge. just trying to make sense of this guy's egocentrictism.

suppose it was a kid on a bike. would anthonie assume the kid would move out of the way? and if the kid didnt, would there be justification for his assuming that kids should always look both ways before crossing the street? the world's not perfect, and kids dont look. cat's dont get out of the way. so as a motorist, f*cking stop being a bonehead about it and just slow down sometimes, and if need be, f*cking stop.

you all are idiots. thank you.
