Default Piloti Driving Shoes for your tC?

I've seen these amoung some of the superracer guys and supercar guys and wondering if anyone has a pair and what they think about them.... I'm looking at picking up a pair or the newly released design when I get some funds again and think they'd be really nice for driving around it, and look dang cool too for normal stuff...

Here's a link to the shoes I like....

http://www.piloti.com/products/produ...rod_sku=PR16-2

Interesting, and not CRAZY expensive.... Any Thoughts...

Not really a great forum location for this... but since I'm a tC freak, wondered if any tC guys had sported them....

Cheers to other barefoot drivers! and because of that, I typically wear flip-flops or sandals.
When it starts getting colder I bust out with the shoes, they sit in the passenger seat when no one's riding with me, in the passenger floor when someone is with me. Passenger just has to deal with sharing the floorspace.

These are for people that want to show the world what a serious "driver" they are.

The younger generation version of the toolbag who wears leather driving loafers and fingerless gloves when he drives his Boxster.

They are comfortable shoes though, but unless you need something fireproof, there is no need for purpose made driving shoes.

What ever feels comfortable to you though.

I have the Adidas Jerez-- I'm actually trying to get out of the habit of driving barefoot. The Jerez are a pretty good driving shoe: comfortable to wear, nice thin/stiff sole. They ain't exactly walkin around shoes, though-- comfy in the car, not so much walking in the mall. But that's not why I bought them, anyway.
