Default pimp my ride should do a specail tc edition

i was thinkin that since scion sponsors mtv's pimp my ride they should do a special and pimp out a tc before its released. scion would be able to get the word out that the tc is commin. i think it would reach a lot more young people cause its mtv. if more people know about the tc it would do good for scion sales. but really tho i just want to see a pimped out scion before it came out.

Yeah Pimp my Ride is more or less a self mockery of itself... they've got some good creative ideas and interesting a/v stuff but they're just rediculous with excess...

But what do you expect, it's MTV.

Chrome... Thats all I gotta say..

A small quote from the show...

"Here in Cali, you GOTTA have the chrome..."

<--- thats as best as I can defend against that statement...

I rather have a rock thrown at all my windows than some chrome rims...

I swear I'm gonna send a email bomb to MTV if they start putting spinners on cars... They're probably too cheap to do it, but the day that they do... I'm gonna email them about the total lack of taste that show presents....

im just sayin that they should do a tc to get the word out on the street since scion is sponsering the show. instead of chrome they should throw on some racing harts or some shumachers. drop the sucker and trick it out with a/v stuff. it would be good publicity for scion and the tC. thats what i ment.

HA! West Coast Customs and MTV NOT do chrome? Thats just silly.

I personally love the fact that not very many peole know about the tC. I dont want it to become super popular like the camry did or the hondas. Basically, I dont want everyone and their mothers driving the same car I am. that My opinion.

West Coast Customs does great work. That show is just about excess. They would never have a car like that come out of their shop. Have you guys been there? For television, its just about excess......yes, I agree some of the cars on the show look goofy, but it gets a good laugh, and probably getting some good ratings.

Default TC can stay underground

Okay, we all know from our own research that the TC will be one hell of a ride. I think it might be the next civic or integra or 2 door accord. Every single person I've shown pictures of it to think its a $25,000 car. When they find out this beast can be had for only $16,000 or $17,000 the line for the TC might equal the line for the Prius. I'm worried that its such a great car everyone will want one and they'll become overplayed.

I'm just excited for the first time I roll down the cruising strip we have up here and all the people at the beach or in the outdoor bars say "what in the world is that?"

Ahhhhh only 2 more months.

the kind of mod-ing you're wanting would best be done by Hi-Rev tuners on speedvision. I've seen a few compacts on two guys garage as well. I emailed them a few weeks ago about putting the tC (preferably mine when it comes out :D) on the show to showcase the new car. Still haven't received a response yet =\
