Plain TC Priced at $21k?!
Went car shopping for small car for my brother.
Honda Fit: $17k!
Honda Civic: $20!
Toy Base Yaris HB: $16k! (rolly windows!)
Toy Base Corolla: $18k! (rolly windows!)
Used Standard TC: $17k! (20k miles)
New Regular Standard TC: $21k!
I asked the sales geek why does this car cost so much?
He blabbed, there was AC, Power Windows, Airbags, Cruise, Sunroof, yada yada, standard things I got in my TC for $17k. No SC, No Kit, Not RS2, Nothing special.
I feel like I got great deal on my car now!
This was at Poway Toyota in San Diego, if you guys were wondering...

Go back there with a print out from Scion.com showing the price @ 17,000 and tell him to sell you the car for that price. If they say it's still $21,000 (with 0 options) tell them you'll be calling Scion corporate and that they will lose their license to sell Scions. :D.

and add im sure you'll love losing all your allocation for a couple years
They didn't have a RS3 in manual so they tried to persuade me to get an auto. They even said "We will give you any accessory or add-on you want if you buy the auto" I was thinking of asking them for a supercharger, but than I was like nah... I was the stick.
it's probably the options it comes with, and how much the dealer bought it back for. and also you can't "buy" cars on kelley blue book. oh and kelley blue book is just a reference when dealers buy back cars they see how much it cost at an auction and go with auction prices
a buddy of mine went to a dealer to see wat he could get for one of his 07 tCs so he could trade and get his wife a mini and they said the value of the 07 now is only +- 12500
so 05's shouldnt be selling for that much no matter wat the dealer bought it for (plus there were no extras - stock, stick)

From the dealer i referred to...
This is more than I paid for my car new and this one has 25k on the clock.
