Please help me identify these scion tc owners guys
They may be here or they may not be. However, just because you don't like a particular car, you shouldn't do anything to it. A police report was filed and there were videos taken but they were sadly black and white.
Here is the story, this happened on 03/26/08 in Charlotte, NC in front of a Walgreens on Mallard Creek that is in front of Harris Teater.

I remember there was burning plastic smell on the way home. I think they shove their walgreens plastic bag in the exhaust. I'll have to check tomorrow when there is sunlight.

Anyhow I call the police and did a quick report. The police though acted like I "deserve" what happen. He was saying did I revv at them or speed into the parking lot. I'm sick as hell right now and why the hell I would be acting up?

I hope they find these guys and give them what they've got coming, as a scion owner I don't have any disrespect towards Si drivers because both cars are great and its just a matter of preference. What the Tc owners did was wrong and really immature. Sucks the video didn't get any other things we could pick up on. The bad part is that right now March Madness is being played in Charlotte so those guys could have been from anywhere...very bad rep for us scion guys now.

yeah i read this earlier...i would hope that characters like these wouldnt be part of the this community...since i drive into charlotte almost everyday for school, i'll keep my eyes open....any other details besides lack of color ie: spoiler, wheels, etc...? sounds like high school kids that dont understand the value of any car....if it was this week, then surrounding schools were out on spring break.....so....
i dont see many guy drivers with tC at uncc...a nice rs1..but mostly daily drivers like me....

I love the Honda Civic Si but I like tC more, a lot more. I would never do anything like that to any car!

I can personally say I would have become violent if I had seen that going on. That is utter BS. If we knew who it was, we would gladly hand them over, and will if we find out who it is.
And if those morons are a part of this forum, I think I can say for us all that they are not welcome anywhere most of us are, including on here.
First off, brand fan boys are idiots, not car enthusiasts. Second, even if you are a one brand freak or a hater, you still dont have to go messing up someone elses car that they work hard to pay for. It just shows how big of a pu$$y you are to have to do that crap and run off and hide.

There's no need to apologize since you have done no wrong. It is the fact that we also have douches there and in case anything happens to other members, we help each other out. Moreover, Since you guys are a close community, I was just asking for help because douches like that deserve to get reprimended. Vandalizing private property is a no-no.

thats really lame, the brand love-hate stuff should never go further than just talk. Honda people and scion people are both into the same stuff when you think about it. I might like my tC, and scions/toyotas a whole lot but I have friends into Mazda, Honda, Nissan, even VW and if there is a cool car I respect the car, regardless of brand.

I'll admit the majority of older model accords, civics, and preludes around here bug the crap out of me when they cut me off and ride my butt to get me to "race them". But I would never resort to something so immature to show someone I don't like their car and it doesn't sound like the OP was even doing this. On the other hand, the s2K, new civic, and NSX are among my favorite cars on the rode!

It isn't my car but someone else's car. He posted a rant after he got home but then found damage to the car and upon watching the video, it only shows in black and white so you can't see any plates nor can you see the colors.
I'd show the footage if i ever get them.
It is not about people admitting doing so but rather if anyone knew a group of tc owners you hang out with or heard of some damage done to a civic due to childish play from the 5 guys. You know sooner or later someone will want to make an e-thug impression or thug impression in real person. Someone will open his/her mouth and if one falls, the rest will fall too.

If any of you guys are hooked up on the Honda forums, we should get the OP OP, who had his car vandalized on here. This is probably the best site to find those Scion drivers, and I'd gladly lend a hand, as would many of us here.

Hate when people do stuff like this... Gives other scion owners bad reps! Plus then if any of ur buddys sees a scion they might not saying they will but might try to do something back. Id b ____ed if someone did something to my car cuz they thought it was me because i drive a scion.
