Default Possible ways to locate a scion online???

Dealers around here are not being that helpful in finding me a TC unless I order it and they are stating 3-4 weeks.

I am going to be without a car in under a week and will have to rent if I cannot locate one.

Is there any way to scan dealer inventories better than checking each dealer or calling them. Most of the time the websites for the dealers are not current from what I have found out and talking to them on the phone is like pulling teeth.

Just trying to locate a manual 07 TC in SW or a 2.0

If you know of a easier way than calling ever dealer please let me know. Also if you know somone within a dealer is it possible for them to check other invertory?? I asked and they stated no you have to call them but it seems more so each place just wants to sell a car which I can understand.

TIA

I searched that as one of my first places and none to be found. Closest place is the next state.

I find it that hard to believe in all of the chicagoland area that there are no SW's on the lots.

Just my luck maybe

You want a popular car... here in the PNW, we still have to wait to get a specific color/transmission... They sell as fast as dealers can get them... your best bet is to put your deposit down and hope for the best... sometimes it comes faster than what they say... as the estimate is always conservative.

Guess that is what I will have to do but it is hard to believe the product is that popular that they cannot keep them on the lots.

The dealers I have been to have one or two on the lot in black or flint but another dealer had every color possible but white. They had about 12 tc's total.

Depends on the local selection, individual dealer alotments, and what features they have... 5 speed, automatic, side airbags or not, as to how fast they sell and who has what...

August was the best ever Scion sales month... as Darren posted in the news section... so they are super popular and in many cases, hard to keep many in stock.

You're going to be hard pressed to find one in a week. You might want to try Scion Customer Service to see if they can help you locate a tC similar to what you want.

You might mention where you are located. A lot of times there are Scion reps who frequent Scionlife that will let you know what they have available.

I'd say go to scion.com and locate dealers. Click on every dealership's website and check their inventory (if they have one). And do your research there.

I really wanted a white scion tc, and i desperately needed it before school. So I did my homework and guess what, i extended the area from my zipcode and clicked on the very last dealership site and found myself the white automatic tc. We did a deposit at a different dealership AND THEY WERE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. Do your research, call up the dealers and your hard work will be rewarded

I bought my tC on the day I've ever been to the scion dealership. There was only 1 car left with the color and option equipped that I wanted. Lol maybe I was lucky.

I'm in the same situation. But I've been wanting an RSX-S for the longest time, but everytime I see a dropped tC (especially SW) I wanted one.

Not to mention the RSX-S comes in an off-white color (Premium White Pearl) which doesn't appeal to me.

But still RSX-S > tC in performance.

Looks, I'd give the edge to a tC, but doesn't have a real "sporty" look.

Oh and I'm in the Chicagoland area as well.
