Now before everyone starts flaming saying that will ruin your tranmission, waste your tires, and all of the other complaints
, I AM JUST CURIOUS if it can easily be done. I am heading to the strip in a couple of the days and would like to be able to heat up my tires a little bit, not smoke up the whole strip, but I want more than simply dropping the clutch.
Can we powerbrake the tC's by holding the e-brake? On my old cavalier, the emergency brake also did something to the transmission as well as locking the back wheels. Is it the same way on the tC? I am curious because of the pics I saw in this thread: https://www.scionlife.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=121471
PLEASE KEEP FLAMING TO YOURSELF. I just want to know if the motor can turn the front wheels with the e-brake being held. Thank you.

you can but there is no need to do a burnout if you are running street tires...

No, I am not going to do a big burnout at the track, I was just curious how exactly the e-brake worked.
