Preperation for boost, semi-technical question...
I've been talking to my sponsor a lot lately and we're finally starting to prep the tC for some boost in March. I haven't had any time to take the plastic sheild by the windsheild off yet to look at some things, but I'm wondering...
1. Does our fuel system consist of a return line, or is it returnless?
2. What size injectors does our car use stock?
3. Are our stock injectors a standard lengt or shorter than normal? -I ask this because my turbo civic had short injectors and the only way to upgrade was to make a custom spacer for the fuel rail.
I think that covers what I've been curious about. My sponsor said he already ordered me the H&R suspension so hopfully that helps keep the power a little more under control. He told me I have a chance in a free front and rear full big-brake kit from a large name brake company (can't say yet). He's in a tossup right now on if I should go with the SAFC2 or not. I think I'm going to buy it, but not sure if I should be running an emanage. An emage has sub injector control, and injector correction features. The SAFC2 looks nicer, is self contained, and has a screen. The Emanage, though it has more power, needs either the Profec-e01 or a laptop with the support tool. I already have the support tool, software and laptop from my turbo Civic, but I like the idea of the SAFC2.
Any input guys? I plan on posting up everything I do, as I go, to help you all out for those who plan on boosting as well.

I wouldn't go with the safc2 if I were you. When your going to be boosting a car that is meant to be n/a your main concern as far as safety for the engine will be fuel. The safc2 doesn't have nearly the capability of the E-manage. I think although the E-manage (with boost, ignition, and injector harness) and the profec eo1 combo will be more expensive you will also see better and safer results imho.

Damn that sucks. Guess it's the RSM for now for monitoring purposes. I'll call my sponsor this week and try to find out the settings for an emanage. He said he can get me the ECU and wiring diagrams too, so hopefully that helps.
