Default pressure monitors

I have a 2007 TC. I put some after market wheels on it. My wife took the factory wheels back to the dealership where I bought it, Younger Scion in Hagerstown MD. They charged her $80 to remove them from the wheels. I just bought new tires for the aftermarket wheels and decided to have the monitors put in to turn off the light on the dash. They charged me $180 to mount the wheels claiming it took a special process and it needed an alignment too. After the intial $80 to remove then $180 yesterday the said the stems wouldnt fit in an aftermarket wheel. I feel this isnt true has anyone with an '07 moved their monitors successfully into an aftermarket wheel. I put on the same size tire as stock 215/45/17. Either way dont buy or service at YOUNGER their HORRIBLE!!!!!

The high price is correct because from what I've read, the ECU has to be programmed to the new wheels. I can't imagine the stems would make a difference, but I guess it does depend on the wheel though.
