Prop's to Santa Monica Scion
I took my tC to get the lights fixed (from my previous post) this morning.
I went to the BBB website and did some checks on local Scion dealers - including the one where I bought my tC.
The grade for Santa Monica Scion was "A" so I decided to go there this morning before work.
From the moment I arrived, i was impressed.
All the people were polite, and had a clue about how to do everything.
I called back this afternoon and my car was finished.
No BS, no charge (as you'd expect being under warranty)
They totally detailed my car and I can't tell you how good the experience was.
It ended up being a minor wiring/connector issue.
So, for me, it was a good move to try these guys.
If you need your Scion serviced, I highly recommend them and will be returning.

It's important to point out sub-par experiences.
It's equally important to give credit where credit is due.
If you're in the area, I do recommend them, and it's for nothing other than a great experience.
