Make a hood with a scoop, not a scoop to slap onto a hood...

Don't call it a scoop if it doesn't scoop air in to the engine compartment!!! You should be saying "The fake scoop is going on tctunerz project tc". The only thing that plastic ____ will be scooping is credibility away from tctunerz!!!
