Default question for people who ordered tc through longo

did they cash your deposit right away? does this mean that as soon as a tc comes in (what you specified) it is yours? thanks

They don't need to cash your check. Technically, they're not even supposed to be taking deposits. Call the number in my sig line, they'll tell you all about it.

They cashed my deposit 4 days after I went in and "ordered" my car.

that's crazy they told me my deposit was 100% refundable if something came up. sounds kind of shady to tell a customer that...

having dealt with 2 dealers for my tc, they all cashed the check or credit card deposit. it is supposed to be refundable. i first put my deposit at toyota of orange and got my refund after some displeasure with dealing with them. then went to longo and they did the same thing except this time it went into my tc payment

dont order from longo. I placed an order there and they told me it would take 6-10 weeks for the car to arrive. Went to Elmore Toyota the next day and walked out with a tC. Went back to longo and they refunded my deposit back on my card.

I called 2 dealerships. One has a stock flint mica with 18's manual, and the other has a white tc(manual) with ground effects, fogs, lip spoiler, and 6 cd changer. The white is in corona, and the flint is at puente hills toyota, both of these dealerships have automatics in stock too.

Longo is the best, they got my car in 4 days. I know other dealers have them instock but also if you look at them they have them loaded up with things you dont want. I saw 3 27k TC's at Hammer Scion. 27K for a tc, you kidding me. Longo on the other hand lets you choose what you want on your car and thats what you get exactly, and there are no pushy sales guys or anything. Real simple walk in tell them what you want and give them time, they will make it happy. I am very happy with Longo Scion...........
