Default R.I.P. CIVIC HELLO SCION TC

So, I decided to go the TC route and sold my old 95 civic. I'm gonna miss that car, it's built like a tank and I put 136k miles in it (I will go on to 300k easy). Anyway I sold it for $2500.00 and got one hell of a deal on a TC.

I got a 06 FM, that had get this...........only 12k miles on it, and it was clean title. Now here is the kicker, i got the car for only 9k, did a carfax and everything checked out. The car came with TRD springs also.

I'd go over the car and make sure the previous work done to it, was done well. I never trust the work people do.

Thanks. Yeah a whole lot faster than the Civic. But I gotta say, that the Civic was the most simple car when it came to maintain it. But the TC is a lot better on gas, I just came from a road trip at Disneyland with the gf, and we made it back to SFO in one tank.

But I did have the car checked out at a Scion dealership. It checked out clean after the diagnostic. The guy that worked on it said it was basically a brand new car. When I had the rims installed, I had the car checked again at a friend's auto shop and it was all clear too.

The previous owner I got it from was from the military and he never got the used the car because he was always on active duty. So, he just wanted to get rid of it because he was going to deploy again.

That is a sweet deal! Did you sell the civic because you got a deal on the tC or another reason?

Well, I always had my eye on a TC. There was nothing wrong with the CIVIC but i figured I might as well sell it for to get some stuff for the Scion. But the whole "tuning your car out" is starting over again...lol. I tuned my civic, now on to the scion.

Haha....nice try. I would, but I'm going HID. It's funny you say that though, cause I didn't even notice the 08 headlights until a week later. hehehe

Does anyone know if there are factory subs in the car? There is no Bazooka or Box in the back, but I gotta turn the bass down sometimes.
