That sucks hardcore. I don't know what I would do if that happened to my car. I'd probably snap on the person that did it but w/e. Hopefully she gets boned by her insurance companies for a long time to come to "teach" a lesson about driving.

Well the ood news is your all ok........the great news is you went to the doctor and got looked at......now the best news is you are gonna get paid.take it to court as well......and use this exact line.
Mame did you see my brake lights and if she says no......say well would you run into a brick wall in the road and when she says no......then ask her why she would run into a car at a stop with its brake lights on.
I got rear ended by a girl doing about that speed while I was at a stop and it put me out of work for two months........I got paid.
