Default rattle from above back dome light

Been discussed some months ago or even last year but was wondering if anybody has come up with a permanent solution to the rattle that is above the back dome light? If I take off the plastic cover and lower the light assembly, I can stop the rattle if I hold down on the metal bar that the dome light fits into.

I have put a block of wood to make a "tight" fit between the top and bottom metal. This has helped but wanted to know a more permanent fix. At first I thought the rattle was from the hatch but it is actually above the rear dome light.

Thanks.
