im calling them at 7:30 monday morning and giving them a roll call of the stuff i need off. im just going to have to pay them for labor and hopefully my car is still there.
well i dont feel like driving to tuscaloosa just to get the stuff off, jessie can pick it up from them and bring it back to memphis. im not even sure if what i am doing is legal since my insurance company already gave us an estimated check which supposedly including all of my mods i was going to be loosing
You got the short end on your mods most likely. The $15.2 should be enough to pay it off but what would you have left after that? Anything worth putting down on a new car? How much did you think you had estimated in mods? Did you convey that to your father and the adjuster? Probably should have asked if you could put the original equipment back in and get your mods, most adjusters would say yes to that. Also, if you have receipts of your mods, if you give those to the adjuster they have to adjust for what you paid. Sorry, spent a little time as an adjuster a few years ago. I know laws vary from state to state but that's just an fyi.
yes i sent my adjuster a full list of my mods but im pretty sure she gave me the short end, i would go and put the oem stuff back on if it wasnt in tuscaloosa but the best i can do is try to get the stuff off.
