1 = Red
2 = Blue
3 = Last Primary Color

The RS3 should be all performance.

Take a spec tC, 17in alloys, TRD supercharger, TRD suspension. That's it.

Lamborghini orange would be _____in

Let's hope it is yellow, I will trade in my IIP if the 3.0 is yellow. The 350Z orange is nice too!

The 2 was not meant to be a "performance" trim, and neither was the 1.

I'm sure I'm biased, but I don't see the big deal on taking a plain tC, giving it 18in wheels, strut bar and battery tie downs... and that makes it special? Wow! /sarcasm.

Neither one of the RS are "special", since IMO, special would have to be performance oriented, not just slapping on different colored wheels, grills or a battery tie down. Although my suede/alcantara seats are > *

I think if Toyota wants to make a "special" tC, they ought to make one that actually performs better than the pack. But I guess they know people well. Most people are just talkers and not actually doers. If I could have a dollar for everytime someone talks about engine swapping, turbo, blah-blah-blahing their car, I'd be as rich as Bill Gates.

didnt mean to offend ya there brother...i just assumed that the rs2.0 would be better that the 1.0 (seeing thats normally how things work: 1.0, then verson 2.0, etc) i am just sayin that i wuznt impress with the newer version.

you had a dsm too?? before my scion, i had three turbo DSMs. a '90 awd talon, '93 awd talon, and '98 fwd eclipse. man i loved those cars; but after the 3rd one, i realized i just needed something more reliable.

back to the RS though, i was dissapointed with the RS2; as most RS1 or other blue tC owners felt. the RS1 stood out as being quite a bit different and deserving of its speciality; bright red paint, big 18" wheels, matching red interior (a lot more important than you may think; and im sure RS1 owners take it for granted. but the grey dull interior of both the normal tc and the RS2 leaves much to be desired visually. i think the aclantra is really nice, but the fact that its not color matched; nor anything else in the interior for that matter, hurts it dramatically), and some dress up stuff that, other than the strut bar and the classy black grille, isnt really important. the RS2 i felt took a step back rather than forward. i dont care that its a nice looking blue (which it is) its still a third shade of blue (four if you count that really light "blue") and is hardly distinguishable between the normal blues without seeing them side by side, or exactly recognizing that shade. the wheels are the normal stock wheels, and the options you get are what? xm something or other with mp3 support and a reletively weak sub? iduno about you, but i personally hate the stock deck anyway. i tore it out and put in my own, much better equiptment. im not trying to take away from this car, but i dont feel it is "special" enough to be called a release series. its more like a slightly optioned out regular model with different seat material. as i said, i am not pleased with the direction they are taking the tC release series', and hopefully the next one will be a little more "special." (not like it personally matters to me though; im more than happy with my RS1 and wont be trading any time soon).

sorry for the long ranting post; but i thought i'd at least somewhat explain the motive(s) behind the RS2 "bashing" by RS1 owners.

It should be Glacier Frost Mica...its like a white but with sparkles and has a hint of blue/purple-ish I think....

18" rims, with the RS1 Grill, A different kind of key to set itself apart, a nav. System like the Avic-z1 but customized to say SCION tC RS3 and will be I-pod and Blue tooth capable. Sound system will be atleast 200 watts with a sub (Like the dealer one and or like RS2). Side Curtain air-bags, a different ground effects kit...

Okay, I can dream rite? LOL, that would be too overpriced with all those options I listed...
