Default S2K Antenna help?

Ok i tried searching but... I couldn't really find it... I also tried google... Is this the S2K antenna everyone is talking about?

I really dont have an idea what it looks like or how much it costs... I just want a shorter antenna for my FM Scion TC....

No..that's just some stubby antenna an aftermarket company makes. The knock on those types of antennas is that they get bad radio reception. Just search for s2000 oem antenna on ebay. I'm sure you can pick a new one up for around $20.

or the Element... same antenna without the stub on the end. If you listen to the radio, STAY AWAY from cheap eBay antenna's. The S2K/Element is OE Honda meaning it gets good reception because it has to get good reception

And it will probably cost you about $20

They had to order mine, so it took a few days, but that all depends on what your parts dept has in stock at any given time.

Problem is, when you type in "S2K Element OE" in eBay, that antenna the topic creator posted is what comes up. I can see how someone who's never seen one can assume that was the right one. Anyway, when in doubt, go get it from the horses mouth (Honda parts counter). If it's really cheap and sounds too good to be true, it probably is, especially the almighty, trustworthy eBay, NOT! Good luck.

Try this site...

handa-accessories.com

Some Honda dealers are marking the sh** out of the S2K antenna. Just scroll down towards the bottom.

^^^ The ppl working there are great! I bought a few things from there when I had my Civic.
Yeah, S2K antenna is a much wanted item. Just a quick thought and 3 cars come to mind, we have the S2K, 350Z, and tC ppl wanting this! Probably a lot more cars could be included.

Huh? Mine looks exactly like that. Notice the different colors in the base and antenna? The base looks like it actually sticks up 1/2" to 3/4". THEN you screw the antenna on. That's what it looks like to me anyways.

I would take better pictures for you all (like one that's actually mine instead of leeched off handa), but I don't have a camera at the moment
