Default scion dealership fog lights or 3rd party aftermarket?

thinking about placing an order for a tC, pretty happy with the list of standard features but while checking out some of the accessories i thought the fog lamps would really make the car look nice (the way theyre pictured on the scion website). theyre priced at $425 on the website and im not sure if that price includes dealer installation.

there are sites like http://www.mcgeorgeparts.com that are selling the fog light kits for around $350.

Questions are:

1.) are the foglights you order from the dealership different/better than the kits out there or do they all come from the same place?

2.) if i buy a kit id want the dealer to install it anyway, is it cheaper to just order it when u order the car or is it cheaper to buy aftermarket and just pay for the labor?

3.) can the accessories like fog lights be put on to the car at a later date....(say a year when i can save enough money , this might be dealer specific but not sure)

4.) finally, what is everyones thought of the foglights, do they really enhance the look and utility of the car or are they crap in general?

thanks

In response to your questions:
1. The fogs your dealer is selling are the same as the ones mcgeorgeparts carry. Other companies aren't commercially selling Scion tC fog lights yet, but by next year, you'll probably have different choices. (there are pics out there of other styles)
2. Do it yourself...takes less than an hour and all you need are wheel ramps or jack stands.
3. You can do it any time.
4. Read the thread below.

I posted a HOW TO INSTALL about the fog lights:

If you order a car exactly how you want it, the parts will be installed at the port, where the car is shipped in. You will not be charged for installation. Well this was the case with my xA. . . if you wait, you will be charged full price for installation, which gets VERY expensive.

They wanted $400 for a TRD spring install. . . PrecisionMuffler did it for $65, and it took almost 1/4 of the install time Toyota quoted.
