scion survery phone call?
Soo... Scion called me today and asked me to do a 8 min survey with them. They asked all kinds of questions like how was the dealership, your experience, etc. etc. Sounded like they wanted to make sure it was a fair no-haggle experience, and that I wasn't forced into buying a scion that I didn't want.
Anyway, I had a great experience with the saleswoman there, so I highly recommended that dealership. I was wondering, how come no one mentioned this earlier, that after you bought a tC with options you DIDN'T want on it, you can at least vent anger and fustration directly towards scion's cust support.
just FYI and 2 cents...

yeah, i hoped i would have gotten something...nope. i wish i would have complained about the crappy paint job scions have. i complained that first gear was too short and it needed a 6th
They called me the day I picked up my tC, about 20 minutes after I took delivery. They asked "Is this a good time?" and I said "Yeah, I'm just cruising in my new tC in 5 o'clock traffic..."
She didn't catch my sarcasm.

I got phonecalls from the dealership and scion, both left messages on my machine. It sounds like they just want me to be aware that I should call them with any problems or concerns and they hope I'm enjoying my ride.
