Whats up guys!

I just got these fog lights http://www.carid.com/2005...le-fog-lights-439727.html but the instructions provided do not say much http://www.carid.com/imag...allation-instructions.pdf

I was able to figure out some of the steps;

- connect ground
- connect the white wire to + battery pole
- connect red fog light split
- connect the fog light switch inside the car

How can I run the wires from under the hood to the fuse panel inside the car? also the step where it says "connect the ignition wire on parking lights or run thru firewall and hot wire to ignition fuse located in the fuse box"

where can I find the parking light wire? where can I find the ignition fuse? this is a first time for me to install these so any help would be appreciated.
