Looks like Silver Streak Mica was wrong... Classic Silver Metallic instead.

 

And we have the paint code for Cement: 1H5

Also, the chassis code for the 2011+ Scion tC is AGT20, not ANT20.

 

It's strange... on the tC part of scion.com - they list the black color as Black Sand Pearl, specifically... but then when you choose to build it, it becomes just "black." Very odd.

A third 2011 tC commercial was just added to the archive.

 

BSP is a mistake.. 202 Gloss Black is the black color... Same as the RS 5.0..

The indigo pearl in the sun is blue directly on and fades to indigo and its a pearl nautical blue is a metallic so it has metallic flake in the paint to get that depth
