Six years ago, Perez was seriously injured when police said he rode his bicycle in front of a car on Blumel Road.
The last sentence from the article...
The guy had it coming to him

Some new tires could've possibly prevented that accident. Sorry to see a young life to just perish like that, tho he shouldn've been driving in the first place since his license was revoked.

Yes please! Do us that HUGE favor.

I personally driven on some really worn down tires couple of times. But I still had about least two millimeter length tread on both times. I driven almost four snow storms with one set that the fronts were Summer treads. To this day, I still don't know how I got home safely on the fourth. Now, I got my winter tires that should still last me through another winter and I'm done with my debt fighting.

How in the hell can you drive on that! S!ht! if you can't afford 17 inch tires then why did you buy it in the first place?

Assuming tame the power was a joke... especially on mods that do nothing like an intake

And those talking about how the cops are covering it up need to stop watching conspiracy theory movies so much The kid was speeding, he turned it sideways in the road, the cop was in the other lane coming at him, so obviously the two collided. His car was blatantly unsafe.. the tires are pretty good evidence of that.

And scionTC... I get your point about people bringing these things on themselves, but when you have kids and a family of your own, you understand that innocent people were hurt. His family will never get over this completely. So his bad decisions will hurt them forever. So that is that really sad thing in all of this.

Everyone makes mistakes, and that includes while driving.

Theres times everyone here has gotten lazy, maybe didn't look real good when changing lanes, whatever.

That instance where you let your guard down, you can clip another car, flip over a dozen times and rip your body to shreds.

If it happened to me I wouldn't want people mocking it. Theres millions of people running bald tires. Some too cheap and would rather buy something else. Maybe he had something else that he thought was more important to buy, a silly mistake, just like rushing.

Then BOOM, the jig is up.

I don't think it's really a laughing matter either. Stupid yes, but theres no coming back from death... no lessons can be learned when your 6ft under.
